I BROKE UP MY TEACHER'S MARRIAGE

Just one look at the hunky new teacher and she knew she had to have him, even though he had a young wife

This week's picture for Share A Secret is one of the oddest we've seen for some time. To the left, a deranged woman is holding a lipstick in one hand and dangling an ugly banana-coloured telephone in the other. Fashion tip: don't wear a white blouse with dark blue rose-like things on it. To the right, a woman in a particularly attractive pink check shirt holds another telephone (which I instantly recognised as standard issue from Consolidated Press a few years ago). Even the presence of a red t-shirt is only vaguely reassuring.

All doesn't become clear when we read the actual tale, detailing how hunky Mr Clark the English teacher turned out to be the next-door neighbour as well as a bona fide man-sized teenage lust inducer. Hopeless romantics will be pleased to know, though, that the marriage was not permanently wrecked and teenage virtue was not defiled. Well, not much anyway.
