Single Of The Week is where I review a single I'm particularly enamoured of at the moment. It might be a brand spanking new release, or a classic from decades past that I just feel like going on about.

The D-Generation

Before Frontline, before Funky Squad, and before the inspired genius The Late Show, the D-Generation made two of the few genuinely funny Australian comedy recordings, 'Five In A Row' and 'Five More In A Row'. Well-considered pisstakes on popular Australian artists, it's a bit pointless trying to convey the brilliance of either of these recordings, and I'm certainly not going to try. Instead, to get you in the spirit, here's the 23FM Top 40 list, as printed on the sleeve of 'Five In A Row'. Read it and weep, then pray for a new series of Frontline soon:
