Share A Secret Reviewed

Share A Secret Reviewed looks at the weekly Share A Secret column in Australia's biggest-selling magazine, Woman's Day. We at Gusworld love it, and we hope you will too. We don't give away the plot (that would be unfair and a possible breach of copyright); we just tell you what the headline is and describe the stunning artwork that goes with it.

Woman's Day dated August 26th, 1996

When she accidentally found the stack of love letters, she couldn't believe it, so she had to see for herself!

Share A Secret makes a triumphant return to sleaze with a story combining incest, teenage trauma, passionate lovemaking and a poor selection of bed linen. This is the kind of thing we read it for.

Mind you, it's hard not to be suspicious of someone who discovers her mother is shagging her future brother-in-law, but can only be sure by catching them in the act. Sounds a bit like a teenage pervy sicko to us, but then we always were judgemental. Certainly if my mother wore the amount of makeup in bed that the mother in the picture does, had an expression for shock that looked like something silly had happened to her with citrus fruit, and chose to sleep in blue striped linen sheets, I might be a bit peeved too. It's hard to say. The fact that the mother's hair is unruffled despite what we are supposed to assume was passionate thrusting is also a bit of a worry.
