Milly-Molly-Mandy Has a Surprise

From More of Milly-Molly-Mandy (1929)

SUMMARY: The storeroom upstairs, previously used for storing jam, is converted into a bedroom for Milly-Molly-Mandy.

And what a twee bedroom it is: pink walls, a bright green bedspread and curtains, and an apple-green mirror and chest of drawers. Milly-Molly-Mandy comes across as a tad stupid in this story, since she doesn't realise the room has been converted until the very last minute.
